Our structured care process is carried out progressively through 6 calm and intentional phases

✦ Phase 1 — Familiarisation & Comfort Assessment
Allowing the furkid to slowly settle into the environment at their own pace, followed by gentle touch introductions around the ears, neck, body, legs, paws, and hygiene areas to observe for any sensitivity, tension, or discomfort.

✦ Phase 2 — Skin & Coat Assessment
Assessing the furkid’s overall coat condition, skin balance, matting, moisture levels, coat texture, lifestyle factors, and areas requiring additional attention throughout the session.

✦ Phase 3 — Hygiene & Preparation Ritual
Carefully attending to ear cleansing, nail care, paw pad tidying, hygiene area preparation, gentle brushing, detangling, and overall skin & coat preparation prior to cleansing.

✦ Phase 4 — Cleansing & Coat Conditioning Ritual
A structured bath and cleansing process focused on skin comfort, coat balance, careful product application, controlled drying, and coat conditioning preparation.

✦ Phase 5 — Styling & Finishing
Final coat preparation, styling refinement, scissoring work, detailing, and finishing touches tailored to the furkid’s coat structure, comfort, and intended style.

✦ Phase 6 — Completion Ritual
A calm wind-down phase comprising gentle Dapper play time, emotional decompression, hydration, followed by a short rest session before reunion with their pawrent 🩵
